Reservation Terms

1. What Your Reservation Is

By completing the $8.30 reservation, you are securing priority early access to purchase On Time by 8:30 Beauty when it becomes available. Your reservation is not a purchase of the On Time lip gloss itself. No product will be shipped as a result of your reservation.

2. Reservation Fee

The reservation fee is $8.30 USD. This fee is charged at the time you complete the reservation checkout.

3. Credit Toward Purchase

The full $8.30 reservation fee will be credited toward your qualifying purchase of On Time by 8:30 Beauty. The credit will be applied at checkout when you purchase On Time using the same email address associated with your reservation, or another verification method provided by 8:30 Beauty at the time of launch.

The $8.30 credit is valid for 12 months beginning on the date On Time first becomes available for purchase. Credits not redeemed within this period will expire.

4. Refund Policy

Reservation fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• 8:30 Beauty cancels the On Time product entirely; or
• 8:30 Beauty is unable to honor your reservation for any reason within our control.

If either of the above applies, 8:30 Beauty will issue a full refund of your $8.30 reservation fee to your original payment method.

5. No Guarantee of Launch Date or Availability

A reservation provides priority early access but does not guarantee a particular launch date, delivery date, shade availability, or inventory level unless 8:30 Beauty expressly states otherwise in writing. Product launch dates and availability are subject to change during product development.

6. Eligibility

Reservations are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where such transactions are permitted. By completing a reservation, you represent that you meet these requirements.

7. Changes to These Terms

8:30 Beauty may update these Reservation Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders via the email address provided at the time of reservation. Continued use of your reservation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
