Reservation Terms

1. What Your Reservation Is

By completing the $8.30 reservation, you are securing priority early access to the applicable 8:30 Beauty launch. Your reservation is not a purchase of any specific product, shade, or item. No merchandise is sold or transferred at the time the reservation is made. A reservation does not guarantee indefinite availability of any particular product, shade, or item.

2. Reservation Fee

The reservation fee is $8.30 USD. This fee is charged at the time you complete the reservation checkout.

3. $8.30 Reservation & Merchandise Credit

Each $8.30 reservation includes an $8.30 merchandise credit redeemable toward a qualifying purchase from 8:30 Beauty. The reservation does not constitute the purchase of any specific product. No merchandise is sold or transferred at the time the reservation is made.

Upon confirmation, the customer will receive a unique ONTIME credit code with a value of $8.30. The credit expires 12 months from the date of issuance and is subject to these Reservation Terms. All purchases and redemptions are subject to product availability.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected when taxable merchandise is purchased, based on the taxable sales price and applicable law.

4. Priority Inventory Hold

Reservation holders will receive priority early access to purchase the applicable launch product before it is made available to the general public. Once early access begins, 8:30 Beauty will hold reserved launch inventory for the reservation holder for 48 hours from the start of the priority-access window.

If a reservation holder does not complete a qualifying purchase during the 48-hour priority-access window, 8:30 Beauty may release that reserved inventory for public sale. Release of reserved inventory does not cancel or forfeit the reservation holder's unused $8.30 merchandise credit.

After the priority-access window expires, the reservation holder may still apply their unused $8.30 merchandise credit toward a qualifying 8:30 Beauty purchase during the credit's 12-month validity period, subject to product availability and these Reservation Terms.

5. Refund Policy

Reservation fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• 8:30 Beauty cancels its product launch entirely; or
• 8:30 Beauty is unable to honor your reservation for any reason within our control.

If either of the above applies, 8:30 Beauty will issue a full refund of your $8.30 reservation fee to your original payment method.

6. No Guarantee of Launch Date or Availability

A reservation provides priority early access but does not guarantee a particular launch date, delivery date, shade availability, or inventory level unless 8:30 Beauty expressly states otherwise in writing. A reservation does not guarantee indefinite availability of any particular product, shade, or item. Product launch dates and availability are subject to change during product development.

7. Eligibility

Reservations are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where such transactions are permitted. By completing a reservation, you represent that you meet these requirements.

8. Changes to These Terms

8:30 Beauty may update these Reservation Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders via the email address provided at the time of reservation. Continued use of your reservation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
